Whiskey & Rye Photography are a husband and wife team - Peter providing the photographic and post production side and Aye Candy looking after makeup, hair, styling, props and posing coaching.
Much of our work is with themed projects. These are usually a lot of fun and involve special outfits, costumes, and props. The eras of the 40's and 50's captures the fashion, make-up, and hair styles we love ...to work with.
Peter - Although I am a photographer, I see myself as a digital artist. This is a fancy way of expressing that there are two important components to creating an image. First, of course, is creating the environment for the photograph and making the exposure. The second part of this process is post-production - the digital editing of the image. This may entail no more than simple retouching or color balancing. However, it could also involve major artistic changes in the image.
